Meet Ibrahim

Ibrahim came to the hospital with a severe dental abscess. At first, he tried traditional medicine for 2–3 months, but his condition did not improve.

When the pain and swelling became worse, he decided to come to Masanga Hospital. There, he underwent surgery to clean the abscess, and the affected tooth was removed.

Ibrahim is fortunate that he came in time and received the care he needed. Dental abscesses can become very serious if left untreated, and they can even be life-threatening.

Our advice to others:
“If you have tooth pain or swelling, please seek medical care early. Do not wait until it becomes a serious condition.”

James came in with a fracture, underwent surgery, and now has an external fixation. He is long-term admitted to the pediatric ward.
We discovered he had never been to school — he had never held a pen or a book.
When our hospital teacher, Peter, first invited him to learn, he refused.
One day, James said, “I’m ready to learn.”
Since then, he has become one of the most enthusiastic patients in the ward.
Education sometimes begins in the most unexpected places. 💙📚
